4月23日,金路集团（000510.SZ）2012年股东大会上,缺席的董事长刘汉依然是外界关注的主角。3月以来,这位神秘的四川大亨已经＂失踪＂一月之久。 来自官方的说法很简短,汉龙集团实际控制人、金路集团董事长刘汉因涉嫌窝藏、包庇其弟弟——公安部A级通缉令通缉的重大杀人犯罪嫌疑人刘勇等严重刑事犯罪，被有关部门“控制”。

During Sichuan Jinlu Groups shareholder meeting on April 23,one person in particular was absent from the meeting - Liu Han,chairman of the Jinlu group.It has been a month since this Sichuan tycoon went 'missing' in March.In the middle of March,government officials put out a simple statement that Liu Han was under investigation on suspicion of harboring his younger brother Liu Yong,who himself is a suspect in several murder cases. Over the past 20 years,Liu has used his strong government and commercial contacts and rich investment experience to accumulate a rather larger fortune.The Jinlu Group is a subsidiary company that acts as an investment platform for Liu's web of business which includes the Hanlong Group and the Hongda Group.Liu has always been known for his low-key personality and entrepreneurial boldness.However, now that he has fallen under the crosshairs of officials,it is unknown just what the future holds for this empire.
