摘要
【目的】探讨棓丙酯注射液对高脂血症大鼠的血脂调节作用。【方法】棓丙酯注射液13、26、52 mg.(kg.d)-1给大鼠连续腹腔注射4周,测定大鼠体重和血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量,同时对大鼠进行肝功能检查。【结果】棓丙酯注射液能明显降低实验性高脂血症大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C及过氧化脂质(LPO)含量,明显提高HDL-C含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。【结论】棓丙酯注射液对高脂血症大鼠降血脂作用明显,能有效调节机体脂质代谢,对治疗高脂血症有一定的作用。
[Objective] To explore the effect of propylgallate injection on experimental hyperlipidemia in rats. [Methods] Hyperlipemia rats were given propylgallatc injection 13, 26, 52 mg. (kg. d)^-1 respectively by intraperitoneal injection, for 4 weeks.Body weight,serum level of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and liver function were measured at the end of the experiment. [ Results] TC, TG, LDL-C and lipidperoxidatio (LPO) contents were signifieandy decreased,and HDL-C contents and superoxidedismutas (SOD)activity were significantly increased. [ Conclusion ] Propylgallate injection can regulate lipid metabolism effectively,treat hyperlipidemia definitely.
