提高县级图书馆采访能力 保障基层图书馆服务效率——以黑龙江省县级图书馆为例

Improving the Acquisitioning Ability of the County-level Libraries and Ensuring the Service Efficiency of the Primary Libraries——Taking the County-level Libraries in Heilongjiang Province as the Examples

通过对黑龙江省县级公共图书馆的采访业务调查,揭示了县级公共图书馆采访工作的现状,指出影响县级图书馆服务水平和业务发展的问题所在,结合县级馆的实际情况,提出了若干解决问题的方法,以提高县级公共图书馆采访人员的工作能力,进一步促进基层文化服务事业的发展。

Through the investigation on books acquisitioning work of the county-level public libraries in Heilongjiang Province, this paper reveals the present situation of the books acquisitioning work of county-level libraries, points out some problems influencing the service quality and business development of county-level libraries, and connecting with the actual conditions of county-level libraries, puts forward some solutions for improving the working ability of county-level public libraries＇ acquisitioning librarians, and further promoting the development of grassroots cultural services.
