以西华师范大学图书馆采取的学生信息助理制度为例,分析了高校图书馆培养、使用学生信息助理参与图书馆服务工作的经验,并对信息助理的科学管理与有效培养提出相关建议。

Taking the library of China West Normal University as an example,this paper analyzes the experiences of university library in cultivating and using student information assistants participating in university library＇s service, and puts forward some corresponding proposals on scientific management and effective cultivation of student information assistant.
