摘要 目的:研究南湖菱壳不同提取部位的体外抗菌活性。方法:采用K-B法测定MIC(最低抑菌浓度)和液体培养法测定南湖菱壳不同提取部位对金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)、耐甲氧西林的金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)和β-内酰胺酶阳性金黄色葡萄球菌(ESBLs-SA)的IC50(半数抑菌浓度)。结果:南湖菱壳的石油醚部位、乙酸乙酷部位和正丁醇部位对SA,MRSA和ESBLs-SA均有抑制作用,其中石油醚部位对SA(IC50=0.82 g.L-1),MRSA(IC50=0.62 g.L-1),ESBLs-SA(IC50=0.34 g.L-1)的抑制作用最好。结论:南湖菱壳不同部位的提取物对3种菌均有较好抑菌活性。 Objective:To study the antimicrobial activity of different extracts of Trapa acornis against SA,MRSA and ESBLs-SA in vitro.Method:The MIC(Minimun Inhibitory Concentration) of different extracts of T.acornis against SA,MRSA and ESBLs-SA were detected by K-B method,and The IC50(half maximal Inhibitory Concentration of a Substance) of different extracts of T.acornis against SA,MRSA and ESBLs-SA were detected by solution culture method.Result:The petroleum ether(TASPE),EtOAC(TASEA) and n-butyl alcohol(TASBU) extracts exhibited significant inhibitory effects.TASPE showed the best antimicrobial activity of SA,MRSA and EsBLs-SA with IC50 value of 0.81,0.62,0.34 g · L-1 respeetively.Conclusion:Different extracts of T.acornis have the antimicrobial activity.
