摘要
目的:建立和完善苍耳子中总苍术苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用水提取苍耳子中总苍术苷,以羧基苍术苷为对照,通过UV测定总苍术苷含量。结果:羧基苍术苷在0～0.24 g.L-1与吸光度呈良好线性关系(r=0.998 2),平均回收率100.96%,RSD 3.57%。结论:建立的含量测定方法简单、成本低、重复性好。
Objective：To establish and perfect a method for determining the content of total atractylosides in Xanthium sibiricum.Method：Total atractylosides was extracted with water,the content of total atractylosides was determined by UV with carbxyatractyloside as a reference substance.Result：Absorbance and the concentration of carboxyl atractyloside showed good linear relationship in the range of 0-0.24 g · L-1（r=0.998 2）,the average recovery was 100.99% with RSD 3.57%.Conclusion： This method was simple and affordable with good repeatability.
