芡实多糖对力竭小鼠运动能力及心肌抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:9

Influence of Gorgon Polysaccharide on Athletic Ability and Myocardial Antioxidant Capacity in Exhausted Rats

摘要 目的:研究芡实多糖对力竭小鼠运动能力和心肌抗氧化能力的影响。方法:将小鼠分成对照组、芡实多糖低、中、高剂量组。4组分别用蒸馏水,100,200,300 mg.kg-1.d-1的芡实多糖溶液连续ig 21 d后,小鼠进行力竭游泳实验,分别测定各组小鼠力竭游泳时间、心肌中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性。结果:芡实多糖能显著延长小鼠的力竭游泳时间,降低心肌中MDA含量,提高SOD和GSH-Px含量。结论:芡实多糖能明显提高小鼠的运动能力和心肌的抗氧化能力。 Objective:to investigate the effect of gorgon polysaccharide on the rat’s sports ability and myocardial oxidation resistance ability.Method: Rats were divided into control group and low-dosage,medium-dosage and high-dosage groups.gorgon polysaccharide solution of 100,200,300 mg · kg-1·d-1 was given for 21 days.The exhaustive swimming time was observed,the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) was assayed.Result: Gorgon polysaccharide could lengthen the exhaustive swimming time and reduce the content of MDA and increase the content of SOD,MDA and GSH-Px.Conclusion:Gorgon polysaccharide has obvious function on increasing sports ability and myocardial oxidation resistance ability.
