摘要
竞技健美操作为一项年轻的国际竞技体育运动项目,只有短短20多年的发展历史。我国的竞技健美操虽起步较晚,但却有着良好的群众基础,随着这几年赛事的不断增多和规则的日益完善,正逐步走向成熟。目前世界健美操运动蓬勃发展,如何提高我国竞技健美操运动技术水平,成为迫切需要解决的问题。竞技健美操动作的一致性直接影响成套动作的得分,并充分体现了一个集体队伍的整体水平。6人操讲究的是整体的一致性,包括成套操中的每一个动作,尤其在规定动作,难度动作和特色动作上,因为这能体现每个运动员的身体素质和运动能力。本文以6人操为例,归纳6人操一致性的影响因素,探讨6人操一致性的训练方法。为6人操的训练实践提供科学的指导,以及为促进6人操的发展提供参考。

Group Six care about the overall consistency, Including each action in complete sets, Especially for the required action, Element of difficulty and featured action. Because it can reflect the fitness and athletic ability of each player. In this paper, We took Group Six exercise training as a case, In the ways of literature, Video statistics and logical analysis to explore the consistency of the Group six exercise training methods. In order to provide scientific guidance for Group six exercise training practice and to provide scientific guidance for promoting of Group six exercise training for reference.
