生殖器官移植研究探析

摘要 许多癌症治疗会破坏女性的生殖器官,引起卵巢不可逆损伤。目前癌症治疗的方法有保守外科、化学疗法和放射疗法。化学疗法可诱发急性卵泡损伤,减少卵泡数目,从而使卵泡闭锁。烷化剂如环磷酰胺的最常见的副作用是破坏卵母细胞和颗粒细胞,青少年用烷化剂治疗癌症可使卵巢早衰(POF)的危险性提高4倍。放射疗法也影响卵巢和子宫的功能。
