高频超声结合X线平片在儿童髋关节一过性滑膜炎诊断中的应用

THE DIAGNOSTIC APPLICATION OF THE HIGH FREQUENCY ULTRASOUND COMBINED WITH X-RAY PLAIN FILM ON TRANSIENT SYNOVITIS OF THE CHILDREN'S HIP

目的探讨高频超声结合X光片在髋关节一过性滑膜炎(TSH)诊断中的价值。方法对21例TSH病例首先检查骨盆X线平片,后采用双侧髋关节前方切面高频超声对比检查,结合临床症状分析。结果对临床拟诊TSH病例骨盆X线平片排除骨关节其他病变,TSH超声显示髋关节前隐窝均增宽,可有或无液性无回声区。结论对骨盆X线平片无阳性发现患者,高频超声发现患侧髋关节的前隐窝增宽,内呈液性无回声或低回声区的征象,对一过性髋关节滑膜炎的诊断起关键作用。

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound combined with X- ray on transient synovitis of the children＇s hip. Methods Twenty- one cases of TSH were received X- ray in- spection and with double the hip high frequency ultrasound check,then the diagnostic value combined with clinical symptoms was analyzed. Results Excluded other lesions of joints after pelvic X - ray plain film, hip of synovitis ultrasound showed that anterior fossae was increasing wide, with or without liquidity no echo area. Conclusion The patients which the X- ray plain film no positive, whose anterior fossae are increasing wide, with or without liquidity no echo area. High frequency ultrasound signs play a key role in the diagnosis of the TSH.
