摘要
目的探讨应用微创接骨板固定技术(MIPO)治疗胫骨远端Ⅰ、Ⅱ型Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法 2008年5月—2011年10月,我院应用MIPO治疗Pilon骨折27例。根据Rüedi-Allgower分型,Ⅰ型9例,Ⅱ型18例。合并腓骨折23例。结果本组获得完全随访25例,随访时间6~18个月,平均11个月,骨折平均愈合时间为3.5个月(3~8个月)。按照Johner和Wruhs膝踝关节功能评价体系评分,优21例,良4例,中2例,优良率92.6%。结论应用MIPO技术治疗胫骨Ⅰ、Ⅱ型Pilon骨折能够取得良好的临床效果。
Objective To investigate the efficiency of MIPO in the treatment of type I and type lI pilon fracture. Methods Twenty- seven pilon fracture cases received minimally invasive plate fixation were col- lected from May 2008 to October 2011, including 9 cases of type I and 18 cases of type]] according to the Rtiedi- Allgower standard, 23 cases were combined with fibula fracture. Results Ttwenty- five of all ca- ses were completely followed up, with an average period of 11 months(6 - 18months), time for fracture u- nion were 3- 8 month, averaged 3.5 months. According to the ankle joint function evaluation system from Johner and Wrubs, twenty- one cases were excellent, four were good and two were normal, the rate of ex- cellent and good was 92.6M. Conclusion MIPO is a good choice for the treatment of type I and type II pi- Ion fracture.
