摘要
目的探讨提高患者对准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)满意度的方法。方法 2011年3月—2012年4月对160例行LASIK近视患者进行术前健康教育、心理护理、术后健康教育和回访等措施。术后1d、1个月、6个月患者复查时填我科制作满意调查表。结果患者行LASIK的满意度98%,无医疗纠纷。结论对接受LASIK患者采取术前健康教育、心理护理、术后健康教育和回访等措施,患者的满意度明显提高。
Objective To explore the method how to improve satisfaction of patients alignment molecular of laser in situ keratomileusis grinding operation. Methods Total 160 patients with routine excimer laser in si- tu keratomileusis (LASIK) with grinding operation were selected from March 2011 to April 2012 in author s hospital, who received preoperative health education, psychological nursing, postoperative health educa- tion. A follow- up was performed at postoperation first day, January and June, the patients" satisfaction was surveyed by using questionnaire. Results Patients" satisfaction with excimer laser in situ keratomileusis grinding operation was 98%, no medical disputes. Conclusion . It is a good style on improving LASIK pa- tients satisfaction to take preoperative health education, psychological nursing, postoperative health educa- tion and pay a return visit.
