纤维素酶在畜牧生产中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 纤维素酶是一组能够降解纤维素的β-D-糖苷键而生成葡萄糖的酶的总称,包括内切葡聚糖酶、外切葡聚糖酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶。纤维素酶在畜禽生产中应用可以促进饲料养分的吸收,改善消化道的健康,提高家畜的生产性能。
