摘要
研究教师专业认同对专业发展具有重要的意义,本文拟在探讨档案学教师专业认同结构要素的基础上,采用问卷法,调查了52位档案学教师的专业认同现状。结果表明,档案学教师专业认同水平处于中等,在性别、教龄、任教高校等方面不存在显著差异,而在工资满意度和参加会议次数等方面呈现显著差异,同时档案学教师专业认同与专业发展行为之间有着较强的相关性,教师专业认同水平越高,专业发展行为越积极。
In this study, the authors construct a theoretical model of the professional identification for archives teachers and develop a professional identification questionnaire based on this model. There are 52 archives teachers used as samples for the questionnaire. The results show that there are significant differences in wage satisfaction and the times of attending meetings, but the differences are not significant in gender, teaching experience and universities level. It also finds that there is high correlation between teachers' professional identity and professional development practice, the teachers with higher degree of professional identity demonstrate more positive professional development practice.
