摘要
本文在阐释用户体验对档案公共服务影响的基础上,分析用户体验视野下档案公共服务面临的服务理念、服务资源、服务结构、组织管理等方面的挑战,提出完善档案公共服务要创造吸引用户体验的环境、优化资源配置、构建综合服务平台、推进档案机构自身的组织建设等。
This paper interprets the significance of user experience for archives public services, and on this basis analyzes the challenges archives public services face in service concept, service resources, service structure, organizational management from the perspective of user experience. Finally the author puts forward proposals that we should create an environment of attracting user experience, optimize allocation of resources, build a comprehensive service platform and promote the construction of archival institutions to perfect the archives public services.
