从《名医类案》角度分析“肺与大肠相表里”在便秘中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Exterior and Interior Relation between Lung and Large Intestine in the Treatment of Constipation Based on Mingyi Leian

便秘是一种常见大肠腑疾病,历代医家从肝、脾、肾角度探讨便秘的辨证规律者众多,但从肺辨治便秘的观点往往易被疏忽。基于"肺与大肠相表里"理论,通过分析三部《名医类案》中从肺辩治便秘的典型医案,梳理由于肺功能失调所引发便秘的辨证规律,总结出疏风宣肺治风秘、泄热清肺治热秘、清燥润肺治燥秘、清热化痰治痰热秘、化湿降气治湿秘、清肺降气治气秘、补肺益气治气虚秘,从而阐发治疗便秘亦应重视从肺辨治的观点。

Constipation is a common disease of the large intestine organs.The ancient physicians usually explore the treatment and syndrome differentiation of constipation from the viewpoint of liver,spleen,kidney,however the viewpoint of lung is often neglected.Based on the theory that the lung and large intestine are exterior-interiorly related,the typical cases of constipation treated from the lung are extracted from three Mingyi Leian books.Seven kinds of pathogenesis and syndromes of constipation,as well as the respective treatment are summed up.This study elucidated the viewpoint that much more attention should be paid to the effect of the lung in the treatment of constipation.
