基于现代中医名家临床用药的半夏剂量研究

Study on Dose of Pinellia Based on Herb Clinical Use of Modern Chinese Medicine Masters

目的:揭示半夏在汤剂中的用药剂量。方法:以半夏为检索词,以汤剂为示范,对现代中医名家运用半夏的经验方进行逐篇检索。采用均数、百分位数和极差等统计方法进行统计处理,并与2010年版《中华人民共和国药典》中法定的半夏剂量作对比分析。结果:半夏的剂量80%分布在6～15 g之间。与《中华人民共和国药典》法定剂量的完全符合率为54.7%,高于法定剂量为45.3%。结论:半夏在汤剂中的剂量以6～15 g为宜。

Objective：To study pinellia dose in decoction.Methods：Pinellia was as the search terms and decoction as the demonstration,the literature of experience of modern Chinese medicine masters using Pinellia was retrieved.Mean,percentile and range statistics were used to count,compared with that in 2010 version of ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂.Results：Pinellia dose distributed 6~15 g by 80%.Full compliance rate with the statutory dose in ＂Chinese Pharmacopoeia＂ was 54.7%,45.3% was higher than the statutory dose.Conclusion：Pinellia dose in decoction is appropriate between 6~15 g.
