云南燥证用药规律研究

Study on TCM Drug Use Patterns for Dry Syndrome in Yunnan

目的:总结云南燥证的治疗用药规律,初步探讨其病因病机特点,为今后开展云南燥证临床研究提供理论依据。方法:采用文献研究方法,选择云南地区具有代表性的论著和医案,回顾性地进行信息检索整理,提取与燥证治疗用药相关的资料。通过对药物的分类、归经、四气、五味进行频数统计,结合传统中医逻辑推理与类比方法进行分析。对云南燥证的用药规律及特点进行初步讨论。结果:(1)用药种类频率高低依次为:疏风药、化痰止咳药、清热药、补阴药、补血药、理气药、平肝药等;(2)药物归经使用频率高低依次为:肺经、心经、肝经、脾经等;(3)药性的使用频率高低依次为寒性、温性、平性、凉性、热性;(4)五味使用频率高低依次为甘、辛、苦、酸、咸;(5)常用药物的使用频率高低依次为甘草,柴胡,白芍,桔梗,荆芥,防风,黄芩,川贝等。结论:云南燥证治疗用药具有寒温并用、补泻兼施、宣散通滞、重疏肝健脾等特点。云南燥证多发于春季,其病因病机复杂,多由外界环境因素与人体体质失调所致,病机多为燥邪伤肺,肺燥津伤;肝失疏泄,气郁化火,肝热肺燥;气机郁滞,脾失健运,水津失布,燥湿兼夹。

Objective：To sum up TCM drug use patterns for treatment of dry syndrome in Yunnan and discuss characteristics of the pathogeny,providing a theoretical background for further clinical study in this area.Method：Document research was made by selecting local representative TCM works and cases,reviewing and finishing information retrieval to Abstract data on drug use patterns for dry syndrome.Major procedure included frequency statistics of medicinal classification,channel tropism,four flavors and five tastes,comparison with drug use patterns of the northern area on China and analysis combined with TCM traditional logical reasoning and analogy,so as to primarily reveal the basic patterns and characteristics of dry syndrome in Yunnan.Results：（1）Medication frequency use from high to low：wind-dispersing drugs,phlegm-resolving drugs for relieving cough,yin-tonifying drugs,blood-supplementing drugs,qi-regulating drugs,liver-subduing drugs.（2）Meridians frequency for drugs：lung meridian,heart meridian,liver meridian,spleen meridian.（3）Nature frequency of drugs from high to low：cold nature,warm nature,flat nature,cold nature,heat nature.（4）Flavors frequency of drugs from high to low ：sweet flavor,acrid flavor,bitter flavor,sour flavor,salty flavor.（5）Frequency commonly used drugs：licorice root,licorice,Chinese thorowax root,white peony root,root of balloonflower,schizonepeta tenuifolia,Saposhnikovia Divaricata baikal skullcap root,tendrilleaf fritillary bulb,etc.Conclusion：For treating Yunnan dryness,drugs with both warm and cold natures,drugs for reinforcing and reducing,drugs for dispersing and dredging as well as drugs for soothing liver and strengthening spleen are the medication characteristics.The dry syndrome in Yunnan commonly occurs in spring and is different from the disease in northern area in China.Its pathogeny is complex and it is caused by external environment and maladjustment of inner body.Some of the causes are：lung dryness,liver dysfunction,liver heat and spleen dysfunction,etc.
