体质辨识健康教育和血液透析病人生活质量的相关性研究

Correlation Study of Identification for Constitution Health Education and Quality of Life of Hemodialysis Patients

目的:探讨通过体质辨识因人制宜的中医健康教育对血液透析病人生活质量的影响。方法:选取符合纳入标准患者56例,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组根据体质倾向给予针对性的中医健康教育。两组在实施教育前后分别用"生存质量量表"评价。结果:实验组接受教育后生存质量总分和生理、心理、社会、环境4个领域评分均明显提高,差异有显著意义(P<0.01),同时对照组的生存质量总分和环境领域评分也较实验前有提高(P<0.01),其中实验组各领域评分和生存质量总分较对照组提高更显著(P<0.05)。结论:根据体质倾向进行的针对性中医健康教育可以提高血液透析病人的生活质量。

Objective： Different health education of TCM should be given according to the physical fitness it differs from man to man.To investigate the impact of TCM health education on the quality of life in hemodialysis patients.Methods：56 patients were randomly divided into two groups：patients in experimental group（n=30） were given Chinese medicine health education teaching according to the physical tendency targeted.26 cases were in control group.Before and after the education,the patients of two groups were evaluated by quality of life scale.Results：After TCM health education,through statistical analysis,the physiological,psychological,social,environmental field score and the quality of life score of the experimental group were significantly improved（P0.01）.The environmental field score and the quality of life score of the control group were improved（P0.01）.And all indicators of the experimental group had improved more than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions：According to the physical fitness it differs from man to man,different health education of TCM can improve the quality of life in patients with hemodialysis.
