摘要
目的:介绍姜黄素药理及剂型的研究进展。方法:检索近几年有关其药理及剂型的研究报道,进行总结。结果:姜黄素具有抗心血管疾病、抗肿瘤、抗微生物、抗抑郁、抗纤维化等药理作用,主要涉及固体分散体、脂质体、微球与微囊、经皮给药、肺部给药等剂型。结论:姜黄素药理及剂型研究广泛,具开发前景。
Objective：To introduce the research progress on pharmacology and dosage form of Curcumin.Methods：This paper analyzes papers about the research progress on pharmacology and dosage form in recent years,finally,a summary is presented.Results：Curcumin has anti-cardiovascular disease,anti-tumor,antimicrobial,antidepressant,anti-fibrosis effects.The dosage form of Curcumin relates to solid dispersionliposomes,microspheres and microcapsules,transdermaldrug delivery,pulmonary drug delivery.Conclusion：The pharmacology and dosage form of Curcumin have a wide range of development prospects.
