摘要
目前我国代谢综合征发病率已大于15%,患者人数已超过2亿,其防治日益受到关注。但由于其病因病机尚不明确,临床症状复杂,西医目前尚限于对症治疗。而基于辨证论治的中医药在代谢综合征防治中有独特的疗效。现从病因病机、辨证论治和特色用药等方面综述近几年中医治疗代谢综合征的研究进展。
The current rate of metabolic syndrome whose prevention and treatment have been a growing concern is greater than 15% in China,the number of patients is more than 200 million.However,the mechanism of pathogenesis is not clear by now.Since the complexity of clinical symptoms,Western medicine is currently limited to symptomatic treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation in the prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome has good efficacy.Research progress of Chinese medicine treatment of metabolic syndrome about the etiology,the pathogenesis,and characteristics of medicine in recent years has been reviewed in this paper.
