雷公藤不同部位中6个单体成分的含量比较 被引量:10

摘要 目的:比较雷公藤根木质部、根皮部、茎及全叶4个部位6个主要单体成分的含量差异。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-磷酸(0.1%)-三乙胺(0.2%)水溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长:0~65 min为225 nm,65 min时切换为210 nm;柱温35℃;流速0.75mL.min-1;进样量20μL。结果:根皮部六种成分含量均最高,其中雷公藤甲素为0.0410 mg/g;根木质部生物碱、三萜类成分含量较高,而二萜类成分相对较低,雷公藤甲素为0.0153 mg/g;全叶二萜类成分雷公藤甲素、雷公藤内酯酮含量较高,分别为0.0397 mg/g、0.0026 mg/g,仅次于皮部;地上茎部分各成分含量都较低,但雷公藤内酯甲含量较高,仅次于皮部,为0.3298 mg/g。结论:雷公藤全株都有研究与药用价值,可对其进行全面的开发利用。 Objective: To compare the contents of effective fractions in the root xylem,root cortex,stem and leaf of Tripterygium wilfordill Hook.F.Method: HPLC was conducted on an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)at 35 ℃;the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile(A)-0.1% water-phosphoric-0.2% triethlamine(B) with gradient elution at the flow rate of 0.75 mL·min-1;the detection wavelength was set at 225 nm in 0~65 min and turned to 210 nm after 65 min;the injection volume was 20 μL.Result: The six contents of effective fractions in the root cortex are all the highest,the triptolide content is 0.0410 mg/g.In the root xylem,the contents of triterpenes and alkaloid are more than diterpenoids,the Triptolide content is 0.0153 mg/g.The contents of diterpenoids such as Triptolide and Triptonide CAS in the leaf are 0.0397 mg/g and 0.0026 mg/g,signigficantly higher than others.All ingredient of stem is lower relatively,but the Wilforlide A content is higher,as 0.3298 mg/g,next to that of cortex.Conclusion: The four parts all can be used in the studies of medicine,we should make full use of Tripterygium wilfordill Hook.F.
