妇炎宁汤对慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型体内IFN-γ、IL-10的影响

Influence of Fuyanning Decoction on IFN-γ and IL-10 in Rats with Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

目的:了解妇炎宁汤对慢性盆腔炎及阳虚型慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型体内IFN-γ、IL-10表达的影响。方法:将复制大鼠慢性盆腔炎及阳虚型慢性盆腔炎模型,将120只大鼠随机在慢性盆腔炎组和阳虚型慢性盆腔炎组分别分为正常组、模型组、康妇炎胶囊组、左氧氟沙星组和妇炎宁高中低剂量组,每组12只,采用ELISA法和半定量RT-PCR法检测各组IFN-γ、IL-10表达的变化。结果:在血清中与正常组相比,模型组和安慰剂组大鼠血清IL-10量明显降低,IFN-γ没有明显差别;而在PCR测量后显示IFN-γ明显降低。结论:妇炎宁汤可以降低慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型中IFN-γ、IL-10表达。

Objective：To study the influence of Fuyaning Decoction on expressions of IFN-γ and IL-10 in rats with chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods：The rat models of chronic pelvic inflammation and Yang deficiency syndrome of chronic pelvic inflammation were established.120 rats of chronic pelvic inflammation and Yang deficiency syndrome of chronic pelvic inflammation,were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Kangfuyan group,Levofloxacin group and Fuyanning Decoction low,middle and high dose groups.There were 12 in each group.The expressions changes of IFN-γ and IL-10 were detected by ELISA and semiquantitative RT-PCR methods.Results：In serum,compared with normal group,IL-10 expression was obviously decreased in model group and placebo group and IFN-γ had no difference.However,after detecting by PCR,IFN-γ expression was obviously decreased.Conclusion：Fuyanning Decoction can reduce the expressions of IFN-γ and IL-10 in rats with chronic pelvic inflammation.
