摘要
FLJ - 1型煤粉流量计是以闪烁晶体为探测器 ,选用2 38Pu源根据γ射线吸收原理设计制造的。对于放射源的选取、探测窗材料的选择进行了讨论 ,并设计了具有稳峰的放大电路 ,使本仪表在 - 2 0~ 80℃环境下能稳定工作。由于本仪表在数据采集及处理方面引入了计算机技术 ,因此具有放射源衰变补偿 ,曲线拟合等提高测量精度的有效方法 ,并使仪表具有标定、操作简单等优点。同时 ,对系统的测量误差进行了讨论。本仪表较好地解决了火力发电厂输送煤粉过程中 ,煤粉流量在线测量的难题 。
FLJ-1 Flowmeter of coal powder is a glistenning c rystal detector which applies the source - 238 Pu and i s designed according to the principle of γ-ray absorption.The choice of radiat ive source and the selection of detecting window's materials is discussed.The m eter can function properly under -20~80?℃ because we adopted an amplifyin g circuit with stable peak. With the computer technique for collecting and proce ssing data, this meter possesses the qualities of compensating the decay of radiative source , coinciding with the theoritical curve accurately. Easier caliberation and oper ation are the advantages of this meter. At the same time, the system measurement errors were analysed. This meter has the characteristic of indirect detection and has solved a difficult problem in measuring the quantity of coal powder on l ine in the power station.
