林下山参质量标准草案

The Draft Quality Standard of Ginseng Cultivated under Mountainous Forest

目的:建立林下山参的质量控制标准。方法:采用生药学和薄层色谱法对其进行鉴定,人参皂苷含量测定采用高效液相色谱法,检查其水分、总灰分和重量,有害元素含量测定采用等离子电感耦合质谱法,农药残留量测定采用气相色谱法。结果:对林下山参的药材性状、显微特征进行了描述;对林下山参进行了薄层色谱鉴别;测定了其重量、人参皂苷、水分、总灰分、有害元素、农药残留的含量。结论:较全面的考察了林下山参的各项质量指标,为林下山参的质量控制提供了参考。

Objective：To establish the quality standard of ginseng cultivated under mountainous forest.Methods：Pharmacognosic and TLC methods were carried out for identification.HPLC was used for determination of ginsenosides.Weight,water and total ash content were inspected.ICP-MS was used for determination of harmful elements.GC was used for determination of pesticide residues.Results：Morphological and microscopic characters were described.TLC identification was carried out.The weight and the contents of ginsenosides,water,total ash,harmful elements and pesticide residues were determined.Conclusion：Indexes for quality control were studied comprehensively and this research may provide the scientific reference for the quality control of ginseng cultivated under mountainous forest.
