摘要 大型超临界水冷机组循环排污水量较大,要实现全厂废水零排放,可通过增加循环排污水预脱盐处理量实现,其产水一部分用于锅炉补给水处理系统,另一部分作为循环冷却水系统的补充水,但这种方法受全厂水源水质的限制。循环排污水处理系统的出力应根据全厂水量平衡的要求确定,相应的设备出力应按煤、灰系统不用水的情况进行校核,并应对循环冷却水中离子的含量进行估算。通过对全厂废水进行零排放设计,可以减少电厂用水量,从而降低运行费用。 There is a big amount of discharged water from recycling cooling water system of huge super- critical water- cooling units. In order to achieve wastewater zero - discharge, the dis- charged water must be pre - salinated, a part of the product water used as boiler make - up water treatment system,and others as the make- up water of the recycling cooling water system, but this is limited by the quality of the water source of the units. The capacity of the treatment system of discharged water from recycling cooling water system must be determinate by water balance, and the capacity of the treatment equipments must be checked when no water is used by coal and ash system. The ion concentration in recycling cooling water system should be estimated. By the design of wastewater zero- discharge, the water amount used by units is decreased,and the expense of the operation is also decreased.
