摘要 基于CRTS(China railway track system)Ⅰ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆的施工特性和使用条件,砂浆需具有优良的施工性能、力学性能和耐久性能。通过分析砂浆5部分组成(水泥和细骨料、乳化沥青、聚合物乳液、铝粉和膨胀剂、消泡剂和引气剂)对其性能的影响。研究结果表明:乳化沥青和水灰比是主要影响因素。 Based on the construction performance and use conditions of CRTS I type ballastless track cement - emulsified asphalt mortar, the motar should have excellent workability, mechanical and durable performance. Through analyzing the effect of five motar compositions ( cement and fine aggregate, emulsified asphalt, polymer emulsion, aluminum and expansion agent; dofoamers and air- entaining agent)on the performance, the results indicate that emulsified cement and water cement ratio are the main factors of cement - emulsified asphalt mortar.
