摘要
为提高图书馆实时咨询服务的效率和质量、延长服务时间,提出基于DotMSN平台的图书馆IM机器人的解决方案,详细介绍系统架构的建立、功能模块的划分、关键技术的实现,以及系统进一步优化的措施。
In order to improve the efficiency and quality of library real-time reference service and extend the service hours,this paper gives a solution of library IM robot based on the DotMSN platform,described the establishment of the system,the division of the functional modules,the realisation of the key technologies and the further optimized measures.
