摘要
综合考虑图书馆服务能力和读者认可度,提出从图书馆行业角度和用户角度两个方面出发建立评价指标,并选取主成分分析法进行综合评价,避免了传统评价方法确定权值的主观随意性,由此构建了一套完整的高校图书馆流通服务质量评价体系,为高校图书馆改善流通服务质量提供了评价工具。
In view of service capability and reader recognition of academic library,this paper proposes to set up the quality evaluation system for circulation service,and then gives a comprehensive assessment to the system by principal component analysis,which can avoid subjectivity and arbitrariness.Thus,an overall evaluation system has been established and used to improve the quality of circulation service in academic library.
