我国少数民族的知识群落划分——基于知识获取的聚类分析

Chinese Minorities’Knowledge Communities Division——A Cluster Analysis Based On Knowledge Acquisition

随着知识管理理论的不断发展变化,知识群落的概念也随之产生,少数民族知识群落的划分有利于丰富知识管理理论在少数民族中的应用,也是国家对少数民族知识进行科学、高效管理的良性渠道。分析了少数民族知识群落的形成条件及少数民族知识群落的内涵,提出了以知识获取指数构建少数民族知识群落的具体方法,并且以第六次人口普查的数据为依据,得出了目前各民族的知识获取指数,划分出了我国少数民族的三大知识群落。

With the development of knowledge management（KM）theories,the concept of knowledge community comes out.The minorities’knowledge community division is helpful to enrich KM theories in the application of ethnic minorities.It could also be a scientific,efficient and benign channel through which the state manages minorities’knowledge.The paper analyzes both the forming conditions and the connotations of the minorities’knowledge community,specifies a method to construct the minorities’knowledge community on knowledge acquisition index,figures out each minority’s knowledge acquisition index based on the Sixth National Census data and divides the Chinese minorities’knowledge communities into three main categories.
