浅议西部民族地区城镇化的可持续发展

A Brief Discussion on the Sustainable Urbanization in Ethnic Regions of Western China

城镇化的推进过程应该建立在生态环境具有持续良性循环能力,社会公正和居民积极参与自身发展决策的基础之上。从西部民族地区城镇化的现状出发,结合十八大精神,提出西部民族地区的城镇化发展应该在充分体现可持续发展观的现代思维框架中进行设计与构建。

The process of urbanization should be based on a sound circulation of ecological environment,social justice and residents’participation and decision making.This article starts from the existing situation of urbanization in ethnic regions of western China,takes the spirit of The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China into consideration,and proposes that urbanization in western China should be designed and developed in the modern thinking framework of sustainability.
