摘要
从人类学的角度探讨了中国藏区教育文化适应问题。在总结相关研究的基础上,研究了中国藏区教育发展的历史与现状,从价值观、语言、风俗和教育背景分析了藏族学生文化适应情况,并提出了提高藏族学生文化适应的相关建议:开展多元文化教育;加强汉语学习,重视母语教育;实施文化关怀;开展文化适应训练。
this paper researched on the enculturation of Chinese Tibetan education from the perspective of Anthropology.Based on a summary of relevant researches,studies the China Tibetan education development history and current situation,and Tibetan students’ enculturation from viewpoint of value,language,customs and education background,and put forward the relevant recommendations of improving Tibetan students’ enculturation:carrying out multicultural education;to strengthen Chinese learning,attention to mother tongue education;executive culture care;cultural adaptation to training.
