摘要 以环氧大豆油为原料,以甲醇为开环试剂制得大豆油多元醇。反应过程中,通过控制反应时间,可以得到所需羟基值(80~170mgKOH/g)的豆油醇。通过探究得出了最佳的配方,然后将豆油醇部分替代传统的聚醚多元醇添加到配方中,经发泡制得聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料,并对其进行各项力学性能分析,结果表明,该产品各项力学性能都达到国标要求,其中拉伸强度可达0.12MPa以上,断裂伸长率可达150%以上。 Soybean oil polyol was prepared from reaction between epoxy soybean oil and methanol. By controlling the reaction time, soybean oil polyol with a hydroxyl value in the range of 80 - 170 mgKOH/g was obtained. The soybean oil polyol was used to partially replace traditional polyether polyol in the preparation of flexible PU foam. The tensile strength of the PU foam was above 0. 12 MPa and the elongation at break was larger than 150 %.
