摘要
为了提高电子系统抗强电磁脉冲毁伤能力,采用时域有限差分法与SPICE相结合的混合场路方法,研究了电磁脉冲和微带线的耦合机理。研究表明:由于场结构的复杂性,微带线与电磁脉冲耦合随频率不同表现出不同的耦合方式,一是微带线导体带表面波耦合,极化方向为导体带长边方向;二是微带线导体带与接地板间所形成的缝隙耦合,极化方向为垂直微带线的长边方向。两种耦合方式下传递函数的影响因素截然不同。所得结论对提高电子系统抗强电磁脉冲打击能力具有重要意义。
To harden electronic systems against powerful electromagnetic pulse, a hybrid method which combined finite difference time domain (FDTD) and Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis (SPICE) is provided. The effect mechanism of powerful electromagnetic pulse interaction with microstrip line is studied. The results show that the coupling of EMP on microstrip line has two different modes related to frequency, due to the complex structure of microstrip line. One is the surface wave coupling whose polarity is along the strip line, and the other is the slot coupling whose polarity is vertical to the strip line. The influence factors of transfer function under two coupling modes are very different. The study is sig- nificant to improving the defense ability of electronic system against EMP effects.
