摘要
试验选用48只体重为(2.5±0.2)kg的健康成年黄羽肉公鸡,采用完全随机试验设计,随机分为6组,每组8个重复,每重复1只鸡,采用绝食强饲法进行了6期代谢试验(加酶前、后各3期),测定黄羽肉鸡对玉米及17种玉米加工副产品添加复合非淀粉多糖酶前后的氨基酸表观代谢率,并获得氨基酸的有效营养改进值(ENIV)。结果表明:加酶前氨基酸表观代谢为57.83%~83.91%,加酶后表观代谢率为59.58%~85.99%,各原料的氨基酸表观代谢率加酶后提高幅度为1.05%~4.43%,表观可利用氨基酸的ENIV值为0.01~1.87 g/kg,以玉米蛋白粉(CP 55%)的表观可利用氨基酸平均ENIV值最高,玉米麸质饲料的最低。总体上看,添加复合非淀粉多糖酶能提高玉米及其加工副产品的氨基酸表观代谢率,改善玉米及其加工副产品的氨基酸营养效价。
In the experiment,three metabolic test periods had been taken.48 healthy adult chinese yellow-feather roosters with body weight (2.5±0.2)kg were randomly divided into 6 groups,8 replicates in each group and 1 rooster in each replicate.The diets were single raw material and which added non-starch polysaccharrid (NSP) enzyme.The results showed that:the apparent amino acid availability of corn by-products were between 57.83% to 83.91%, after NSP enzyme was added,the apparent amino acid availability of corn by-products were between 59.58% to 85.99% ,and the enzyme made the apparent amino acid availability of corn by-products increase by 1.05% - 4.43%,effective nutrients improvement value (ENIV) of apparent available amino acid content of corn by-products were in the range of 0.01 - 1.87 g/kg, and the highest ENIV was corn gluten meal (CP 55%),the lowest one was corn fiber feed.Generally speaking,complex NSP enzymes could improve the apparent amino acid availability of corn and its by-products.
