摘要
目的评价转sFat-1基因猪肉对小鼠血常规、血生化及免疫指标的影响。方法以转sFat-1基因猪肉、普通猪肉为受试物,配成配合饲料后分别设立低、高2个剂量组和基础饲料对照组,经口喂饲小鼠30天后,比较各组小鼠血常规、血生化、免疫球蛋白和外周血T淋巴细胞比例。结果同性别的各组血常规和免疫球蛋白指标差异均无统计学意义;转sFat-1基因猪肉高剂量组血清BUN浓度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);雌性小鼠中,转sFat-1基因猪肉低剂量组的CD3+CD4+细胞比例、转sFat-1基因猪肉高剂量组的CD3+CD8+细胞比例与普通猪肉低剂量组相应指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在本研究的剂量下,未发现转sFat-1基因猪肉对小鼠血常规、血生化和免疫指标有影响。
Objective To evaluate the influence of sFat-1 transgenic pork on the blood routine and biochemical and immune indicators of mice. Methods Granular compound feed with low and high dosage of sFat-1 transgenic pork or pork control and basal feed control were administered orally to five groups of mice respectively for 30 days. Blood routine and biochemical indicators, immunoglnbulin and the percentage of lymphocytes in peripheral blood were observed. Results There was no significant difference between the five groups on blood routine and immunoglobulin; the serum BUN concentration was significantly higher in high-dosage sFat-1 transgenic pork group than control group in both male and female (P 〈 O. 05 ) ; the percentage of lymphocytes ( CD3 ~ CIM ~ ) in peripheral blood of female was significantly higher in low-dosage sFat-1 transgenic pork group than low-dosage pork control group (P 〈 0. 05), while the percentage of lymphocytes ( CD3 + CD8 + ) of female mice was significantly higher in high-dosage sFat-1 transgenic pork group than low-dosage pork control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion There was no influence of sFat-1 transgenic pork on blood routine and biochenicnt and immune indicators of mice at the given dosage in the study.
