Study on Social Mechanism for Income Distribution from Perspective of Charitable Contributions

以慈善捐助为主要内容的收入分配社会机制,其作用越来越受到政府和学界的重视。制约我国收入分配社会机制发展的根本原因在于慈善文化狭隘、慈善精神滞后、慈善关系扭曲、慈善价值追求偏颇。为此,必须加强收入分配社会机制的理论研究,以建构"博爱"理念为核心的慈善文化,重塑收入分配社会机制的文化根基为突破口;以培育公民慈善责任精神,强化收入分配社会机制的精神动力为起点;以形成奉献与感恩良性互动的新型慈善关系,保障收入分配社会机制顺利运行为基本着力点,在"守义"目标与"立德"追求契合的视野下引导中国现代收入分配社会机制不断成长完善。

The social mechanism for income distribution whose main content lies with charitable contributions has re- ceived more attention from the government and academia. The root causes that restrict the development of social mechanism for income distribution in China include narrow awareness of charity culture, absence of charitable spirit, distorted charita- ble relationship, and biased pursuit of charitable values. Therefore, we must strengthen the theoretical studies on social mechanism for income distribution. Building the concept of ＂fraternity＂ as the core culture of philanthropy, reshaping the cultural roots of the social mechanism for income distribution, these actions can serve as a breakthrough. Developing citizens＇ charitable responsibility, strengthening spiritual motivation of social mechanism for income distribution, these can function as a starting point. Forming a new charitable relationship with positive interaction between dedication and thanks- giving, protecting the smooth running of the social mechanism for income distribution, these can work as the basic focus. From the perspective of ＂ethics＂ as the objective and ＂morality＂ as the pursuit, we can direct the development of social mechanism for income distribution in contemporary China towards constant growth and improvement.
