On the Requirements of Postgraduate Counselors' Quality under Role Positioning

研究生思想政治教育工作是坚持育人为本、德育为先的教育方针,贯彻落实教育立德树人根本任务的重要组成部分。辅导员在研究生思想政治教育工作中扮演着重要角色,其自身素质的高低直接影响研究生思政教育的成效本文结合当前研究生思想政治教育工作实际,明确了研究生辅导员"领路者、服务者、协作者、探索者和管理者"五位一体的系统角色定位,提出了对辅导员综合素质的具体要求。

Ideological and political education of postgraduates is an important part of moral education oriented education. The counselor plays an important role in ideological and political education of postgraduates, so the counselor＇s quality directly affects the effectiveness of postgraduates＇ ideological and political education. Combining with the practical situation of postgraduates＇ ideological and political education, this paper makes clear the positioning of the counselor＇s role, and proposes the concrete requirements for the counselor＇s comprehensive quality.
