独立学院学生应对学校“断奶”的对策研究——以广东省为例

Research on the Countermeasures of Separating from the Mother University for Students in Independent Colleges: A Case Study on Guangdong Province

独立学院是我省高等教育的主要组成部分,作为新生组织独立学院处于弱势地位,学生存在着学位证书的社会认同度不高、就业渠道狭窄、就业心理误区等问题。这些问题的存在使独立学院培养出来的学生不能得到社会的充分认同,学生的技能得不到有效发挥。基于此,我们对独立学院学生各方面进行分析,找出问题并分析原因,以期切实提高独立学院学生的竞争力,满足社会对不同层面人才的需求。

The independent college is a main part of higher education in Guangdong Province, but students from independent colleges are faces with such problems as low identify of academic certification, narrow employment scope and error employment psychology. Based on this, we analyzes various aspects of students from independent colleges, so as to find the reasons and improve the competitiveness of students from independent colleges.
