Contributions and Soliciting Contributions of Column Design of Journal in Science and Engineering College

栏目策划是有意识、自觉和能动的主体性活动,是编辑主体地位的集中体现,它内在要求超越自然来稿走向人工组稿,在一个更加广阔的空间中充实栏目;自然来稿是栏目策划的客观基础及其不可回避的约束条件;人工组稿是栏目策划的必要补充,它以其前瞻性、可能性、无限性、多样性和选择性等特点,为编辑充分发挥主观能动性奠定了坚实的稿源基础。

The column design is a creative achievement, which fully reflects the value of editor. It requires opening soliciting contribution and fulling the column in a broader space beyond the contribution. The contribution is the objective basis and an unavoidable constraint condition of column design. The soliciting contribution is the necessary supplement of column design. It is prospective, possibility, infiniteness, diversity, selectivity, and laid a solid foundation of contribution source for editor giving play to the initiative in column design.
