独立学院留降级学生管理的难点与思考

Reflections on the Management of Slow Students in Independent Colleges

随着高校的扩招,大众化教育时代的到来,独立学院这一新的办学模式,也在高等教育中担当着重要的角色。然而由于独立学院录取分数线较低等原因,因学业不良,不能按规定完成学习任务而留降级的学生所占比例不断上升。笔者结合自身辅导员工作实际,总结留降级学生管理工作的主要难点,思考在独立学院如何针对这一特殊群体开展富有成效的学生管理工作。

With the increasing enrollment of colleges, the era of popularized education has come, and independent colleges also play an important role in higher education. However, due to the low enrollment standard, slow students in independent colleges are more and more. Combining with the practical situation of the writer＇s counselor work, this paper summarizes the main difficulties in the management of slow students, and discusses how to effectively implement the management of slow students.
