摘要
CAS-W1-150/180/210薄翼型是设计用于风力机叶片外侧的翼型,以它的风洞实验结果为基础,分析重复性测量精度与各因素对气动性能影响的趋势,并与国外同类翼型进行比较。分析两次不同时间的测量数据,结果表明升力系数重复精度相对较高,而阻力系数的重复精度相对较差,原因可能是尾迹排管中被测压力的波动及阻力的量级较小所致。与国外同类翼型比较表明:CAS翼型最大升力系数优于国外同类翼型,升阻比除CAS-W1-180翼型不好判断外,其他至少与国外同类翼型相当。另外,依据本实验和国外同类翼型的实验结果,分析雷诺数、粗糙度和几何参数对翼型升力特性的影响,尤其提出评价薄翼型粗糙度影响的合理指标,得到一些有参考价值的结论。
CAS-W1-150/180/210 thin airfoils were specially designed for outboard section of wind turbine blades. Based on test in wind tunnel, the repeatability of measurement accuracy and the influence of various factors on aer-odynamic performances were analyzed. Twice drag coefficient and lift-to-drag ratio because test data indicated good repeatability for lift coefficient, but bad for of the unstable air pressure in wake rake and very small drag value. Comparing these test data with the data of foreign airfoils shows that at least three CAS airfoils have a higher maxi-mum lift coefficient and well-matched in lift-to-drag ratio except CAS-W1-180. In addition, the influences of Reyn-olds number, roughness and geometric parameters on lift characteristic were also investigated based on the experi-emtn results of CAS airfoils on aerodynamic performance is proposed, and some valuable conclusions are botained.
