晶体硅太阳电池室外发电性能实测与分析 被引量:6

摘要 测试分析9片晶体硅太阳电池在室外夏季晴天输出特性日变化情况,方位角为正南方向,倾斜角分别为0°、34°、45°和90°,得到如下结论:晶体硅太阳电池的短路电流密度、输出功率与表面入射光辐照度呈正比关系;开路电压与温度呈负线性关系,其中背接触太阳电池开路电压受温度影响最小;测试期间倾斜角为0°时太阳电池可获得较高的单位千瓦日发电量,其中背接触太阳电池单位千瓦日发电量最高;倾斜角为90°时,双面太阳电池的单位千瓦日发电量优势明显。 Daily outdoor power generation performance of 9 pieces of crystalline silicon solar cells was test outdoor in sunny environment. The azimuth angle was 0° and the tilt angle was changed between 0°, 34°, 45° and 90°. The results showed that Jac and power generation are proportional to the irradiance of their surface. Vo° had negative linear relationship with temperature ; solar cells could got the maximum power generation when the tilt angle is 0°, and the back contract solar cells get highest daily power generation per kW than the others. When the tilt angle was 90°, the bifacial solar cells' daily power generation per kW is obviously better than the others.
