摘要
本文主要对电容压力容器的一种铝合金三通壳体进行有限元分析研究,同时以现场试验的结果来验证有限元分析结果的正确性。一方面修正了测试数据处理方法,使测试的结果更接近实际情况;另一方面对有限元分析的设置进行改进,使有限元分析结果与测试结果更好地接近。最终获得一套有效的关于电容压力容器的有限元分析方法,这对电容压力容器的设计规范将产生一定的影响。
This paper focuses on the finite element analysis of the aluminum alloy three-way shell, one kind of capacitive pressure vessel, at the same time a field test is done to validate the correctness of the results of the finite element analysis. On the one hand, modified the previous test data processing method, so the test results are closer to the actual situation; on the other hand, the author got an improved set of finite element analysis of capacitive pressure vessel, then the finite element analysis results are closer to the test results. Finally an effective finite element analysis of capacitive pressure vessel is confirmed, and it will have an influence on the design specifications of capacitive pressure vessel.
