酸环境对钢内胆环缠绕CNG气瓶缠绕层的影响

环境因素是影响CNG气瓶使用的重要因素。本文考虑了酸环境对钢质内胆环缠绕CNG气瓶缠绕层的影响,通过试验发现随着腐蚀时间的延长,缠绕层的腐蚀加剧,个别地方出现纤维断裂的现象,缠绕层"环向开裂"对酸腐蚀的影响进行了相关试验;在对其机理分析的基础上,提出了CNG缠绕气瓶避免缠绕层断裂的有效措施。

Environment is one of the most vital factors affecting the use of CNG cylinders. The effects of acid environment on the filament wound of steel liner cylinders have been investigated in this paper. The result shows that the corrosion exacerbated with the extension of corrosion time, even fiber breakage appeared. Related tests have been used to verify the influence of fiber crack on the acid corrosion and analysis the breakage mechanism, proposes the effective measures to avoid filament wound breakage.
