普适泰与癃闭舒胶囊联合治疗女性下尿路症候群疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的评价普适泰(舍尼通)、癃闭舒胶囊联合治疗女性下尿路症候群(LUTS)的疗效。方法对37例女性LUTS患者给予普适泰片(1片/次,每天2次)及癃闭舒胶囊(3片/次,每天2次)治疗。通过生活质量评分,并测定最大尿流率和残余尿量以评价其疗效。结果服用2周后随诊,排尿困难显著改善者21例,有改善但不明显者9例,其余7例无改善。继续服药至1个月后,9例改善但不明显者中有3例显著改善。余13例症状改善不明显者行尿动力学检查,诊断膀胱颈梗阻7例,不稳定膀胱4例,膀胱逼尿肌收缩无力2例。其中膀胱颈梗阻患者行经尿道膀胱颈电切术,术后疗效满意。本组服药过程中只有2例出现轻微腹胀,可耐受,未停药。结论普适泰、癃闭舒胶囊联合治疗可用于LUTS,有助于改善症状。尿流动力学检查在女性LUTS的诊断分型及指导治疗上具有重要意义。诊断为女性膀胱颈梗阻而药物治疗效果不明显的,可行经尿道膀胱颈电切术,术后疗效满意。
