摘要
目的考察卵磷脂与胆盐作为混合表面活性剂制备含胆固醇微乳液的可行性,并对微乳处方进行优化。方法采用混合实验法筛选微乳处方,以表面活性剂、助表面活性剂和油作为自变量,粒径作为因变量,用数学方程和效应曲线表示自变量与因变量的关系,据此优化微乳处方,并对微乳液的物理稳定性初步进行判定。结果优化的微乳平均粒径为19.12 nm,多分散指数(PDI)平均值为0.153,物理稳定性良好。结论卵磷脂与胆盐可作为表面活性剂制备含胆固醇微乳,混合实验法能够客观地优化微乳处方,优化的微乳粒径分布均匀,性质稳定。
Objective To explore the possibility of using lecithin and cholate as surfactant to prepare cholesterol-involved microemulsion (ME) prescription, and optimize this ME prescription. Methods The mixed experiment method was applied to screen ME prescription. With surfactant, cosurfactant and oil as independent variable, grain diameter as dependent variable, mathematical equations and effect curve were used to show the relation between independent and dependent variable. Besides, according to this optimized ME prescription, its preliminary physical stability was evaluated. Results The optimized average grain diameter of ME was 19.12 nm, the average polydispersity Index(PDI) was 0.153, indicating superior physical stability. Conclusion The lecithin and cholate could be used as surfactant to prepare cholesterol-involved ME. The mixed experiment method could objectively optimize ME prescription, in which grain diameter of ME has uniform distribution and stable quality.
