智能建筑设备管理信息系统研究

Research on the Intelligent Buildings Plant Management Information System

针对传统的建筑设备管理中存在的基础信息分散、孤立和封闭的现状,结合智能建筑技术,构建了基于OPC、ODBC及WEB技术的智能建筑设备管理信息系统,力求达到全局化、网络化的智能建筑设备管理需求。该系统集成建筑实时监控自动化系统,在达实智能大厦管理中得到了初步的应用。

Against the scattered, isolated and closed state of basic information existed in traditional building plant management, this paper combines with the intelligent building technology and structures the intelligent buildings plant management information system which based on the technology of OPC, ODBC and WEB, in order to reach the demand of global and networked intelligent building management. It integrates the building real-time monitoring and control automation system, and preliminarily applies on the DASHI intelligent building management.
