少数民族大学生学习适应性与成就动机的关系研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用"大学生学习适应性量表"和"成就动机问卷",选取449名少数民族大学生作为调查对象,探讨少数民族大学生学习适应性的性别差异及与成就动机的关系。结果表明:(1)少数民族男生在教学模式、学习能力和学习态度上显著高于少数民族女生;(2)追求成功动机与学习动机及学习态度之间存在显著正相关,而避免失败动机与学习动机、教学模式及教学能力之间呈显著负相关;(3)学习动机与学习态度对追求成功的动机有明显预测力,学习能力和学习动机对少数民族大学生避免失败的动机也具有显著的影响力。说明少数民族大学生的成就动机对其学习适应性具有重要影响。 This paper made use of "Learning Adaptability Scale" and "achievement motivation questionnaire" for college students by selecting 449 minority college students for the survey, and discussed the relationship between the minority nationality college students learning adaptability of gender differences and achievement motivation. The results showed that: ( 1 ) the minority university boys in the teaching mode, learning ability and learning attitude is obviously higher than that of girls; ( 2 ) there was a positive correlation between pursuing success motivation and learning motivation and learning attitude, and avoid significant nega- tive correlation between motivation and learning motivation, teaching mode and teaching ability; ( 3 ) learning motivation and learning attitude to the motivation of pursuing success has significant predictive power, learning ability and learning motivation failure also has significant influence on the minority college students to avoid. That has an important impact on minority students "achievement motivation on learning adaptability.
