摘要
在低温等离子体气固流化床中对聚偏二氟乙烯进行流态化氯化制备氯化聚偏二氟乙烯,同时向反应器中引入低温液氯带走反应热,并控制不同的反应时间以获得不同氯含量的氯化聚偏二氟乙烯产品。试验表明:在输入电压1 000 V、体系压力常压、Cl2流量3 L/min的工艺条件下,可制得氯质量分数在5%~30%的氯化聚偏二氟乙烯产品。
Chlorinated polyvinylidene fluoride is produced by fluidized chlorination of polyvinylidene fluoride in gas-solid fluidized bed of low temperature plasma. Low temperature liquid chlorine is fed into the reactor to take away the reaction heat. And chlorinated polyvinylidene fluoride with different chlorine content is obtained by controlling the different reaction time. The experimental results show that chlorinated polyvinylidene fluoride with chlorine mass fraction from 5% to 30% is produced under the process conditions of 1 000 V input voltage, atmospheric pressure of the system and 3 L/min chlorine flow-rate.
